Ontario Volleyball Association

We were contracted in 2018 to undertake a full audit and assessment of the Association’s communications function, in particular focusing on its relations with its member volleyball clubs and academies.

In completing the work, we undertook a thorough review of the Association’s communications content, its associated media mix and its communications capabilities and staff capacity. The resultant assessment highlighted important areas where communications gaps existed, but also where some solutions could be implemented to achieve fast, effective results. We also showed areas where the Association’s communications and member relations were much stronger than had been originally anticipated!
