The club has approximately 2,500 all-female players of varying age groups, mostly youth. We were contracted to examine the staffing function of the club, with a particular lens on the effectiveness of the current staff structure, the need for enhanced executive leadership and the overall efficiency and productivity of the staff team in terms of workflow.
In completing the work, we undertook a thorough review of the club’s staff, which included individual interview of all staff and assessment of workflow, communications and the club’s current financial capabilities.
