The club has developed some of the world’s top figure skaters and ice dancers, as well as taught thousands of children to skate over the years.

In 2019, the club’s Board of Directors asked us to assist with the recruitment of its new Executive Director. We managed all stages of search and candidate interview, including psychometric testing, project completion, reference / qualification verification, offer letter development and employment terms negotiation.
