ExecuSoccer

Traditionally, these leaders had been underserved in their professional development. They could try to pick up what they could at soccer conferences or be faced with an expensive post-graduate qualification that wasn’t geared to soccer anyway. They were crying out new, for targeted professional development opportunity! 

So we responded by launching ExecuSoccer – a four-part series of full-day seminars that tackled the core issues we knew amateur soccer leaders are faced with every day!

Through a blend of instruction, case material and good old-fashioned delegate-led discussion, we covered key issues in the areas of governance, planning, finance, marketing, communications, revenue, technical oversight/evaluation, staff and volunteers.
